Understanding intrinsic motivation and its effect on goal setting from athletes’ view point gives you a new perspective on personal development that you can apply on workplace. Learning to understanding the pressure that arises from certain goals and the way goals can drive you will allow you to use their positive force for personal development.

How’s the workshop looking like?

This workshop gives you tools to apply athlete’s goal setting methods in an efficient way in your everyday life.

Our trainer, Sebastian Kaindl, is a personal trainer and a speaker. He works with athletes on national level and gives seminars and workshops on goal setting and intrinsic motivation.

Our collaboration partner, Konux, will host the event. Konux is an IoT startup from Munich. They have developed a smart sensor-based system that enables predictive maintenance of industrial plants.

What do I need?

Bring an open mind ready to discuss! Comfortable clothes, like jeans and trainers, are recommended as we look forward to testing some of the athletes’ methods first hand.

This workshop is also open to all FTL community members, regardless of seniority/experience or specific industry/study specialty. We are very much looking forward to your applications, and then to seeing you there!
